Overview
The Supply Chain and Delivery Compliance & Oversight Consultant will evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, operating procedures, and controls within the Supply Chain & Delivery division. The role provides advice and specialized support in compliance assessment, monitoring, and management activities.
Tasks Summary
- Coordinate and monitor internal and external audits, evaluations, and other oversight bodies.
- Manage document requests, schedules, and recommendations for audit reviews.
- Review audit reports, circulate final findings, update databases, and track recommendations.
- Coordinate and develop risk workshops and risk registers.
- Draft, review, finalize, and submit risk registers and related products for the SCD Division.
- Monitor, update, and refresh risk documentation regularly.
- Manage and coordinate advisory and corporate bodies and the implementation of corporate projects.
- Administer, coordinate, and manage Annual Performance Planning, Corporate Results Framework, Key Performance Indicators, and Annual Performance Review for the SCD division.
- Integrate financial and risk insights into supply chain strategies.
- Contribute to corporate initiatives and corporate compliance desk reviews.
- Provide expert views on business processes, corporate policies, frameworks, and directives.
- Document discussions with functional experts on identifying trends and emerging risks.
- Participate in or facilitate regular risk assessments and contribute to mitigation actions.
- Assess the effectiveness of internal controls.
- Prepare risk information for management.
- Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing compliance status and audit observations.
- Participate in oversight and/or support missions.
- Collaborate on tasks related to CO delegation of authority requests.
- Provide professional advice on normative framework & compliance issues.
- Benchmark SCD risks processes.
Experience Requirements
- Level I Consultancy: At least three years of relevant professional experience in audit, compliance, and risk management.
- Level II Consultancy: At least five years of relevant professional experience in audit, compliance, and risk management.
- Experience working in a compliance role, designing, and implementing compliance activities and processes.
Qualification Requirements
Advanced university degree and certificate in supply chain management, compliance, procurement, risk management and/or operations management or first university degree with additional years of related work experience and/or training/courses.
