Overview
Lead on creating and maintaining high-quality, accessible e-commerce and marketing content for the Oxfam Online Shop. Improve user journeys and ensure best practice in Design, UX, accessibility, and SEO to drive income and support Oxfam’s mission.
Tasks Summary
- Creating and maintaining high-quality, accessible e-commerce and marketing content.
- Using expertise in Photoshop, CMS and ideally HTML & CSS.
- Working closely with Retail and Digital teams.
- Improving user journeys.
- Ensuring best practice in Design, UX, accessibility, and SEO.
- Collaborating across teams and influencing stakeholders.
- Delivering an engaging, effective Online Shop experience.
Experience Requirements
- Proven website production skills.
- Experience using a CMS.
- Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript and image packages such as Photoshop.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and able to exert influence across areas when appropriate.
- Knowledge of UX research techniques and experience designing and creating effective user journeys.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
- Expert knowledge of good practice in web design, including usability, SEO and accessibility issues.
Qualification Requirements
