Overview

Provide HR generalist transactional support to managers and employees across a range of HR processes in the employee lifecycle, implementing HR transactional activity to agreed standards.

Tasks Summary
  • Provide HR generalist transactional support to managers and employees.
  • Implement HR transactional activity to agreed standards.
  • Act as the key person for the processing of new starter information across the team.
  • Gain experience in using key HR systems: PeopleSoft HR, Box (document sharing) and PageUp (recruitment).
Experience Requirements
  • Solid administrative background.
  • Experience working with confidential information.

Work Modality: Hybrid

Remuneration: • £24,301 basic plus £2,085 hotspot allowance. From 1 April 2026 this will increase to £25,557 + £2,085 FTE.
