Overview
The IT Solution Architect leads the technical aspects of IT solution design and implementation, ensuring compliance with WFP standards and high quality in usability, acceptability, and domain suitability.
Tasks Summary
- Design software architecture and data models.
- Support the Product Manager in presenting IT Solution Proposals.
- Ensure high technical quality and compliance with WFP standards.
- Provide direction and guidance to development teams.
- Prepare high-level effort estimations.
- Review and approve prioritised Backlog tickets.
- Create and prioritize technical tickets.
- Set-up and maintain IT solution environments.
- Ensure IT security monitoring tools are in place.
- Collaborate on CI/CD infrastructure.
- Create an inspiring team environment.
- Act as Scrum Master if needed.
Experience Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with software development.
- Proven track record of planning, leading, and executing related projects.
Qualification Requirements
• University degree or a minimum of 8 years of equivalent working experience in software development, or related fields.
