Overview

The consultant will maintain, enhance, and expand the WeWork system and associated analytical dashboards to ensure a secure, reliable, and scalable platform. The role aims to support streamlined workflows, improve monitoring, and strengthen data-driven decision-making.

Tasks Summary
  • Maintain and expand the WeWork system to include additional workflows.
  • Implement enhancements including dashboard development for workflow monitoring and bottleneck identification.
  • Develop a work plan for the assignment with clear milestones and timelines.
  • Review existing documentation and provide updated substantive and technical documentation.
  • Develop and implement new features and redesign dashboards, including data cleaning and transformation.
  • Update the CAP 2026 dashboard with IPMR, grant, and agreement reference data.
  • Update the Regional Projects Dashboard to include 2026 data and cumulative balance.
  • Develop documentation for the Umoja IPMR data Application Programming Interface (API).
  • Provide training on dashboard maintenance.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in data analysis, information technology, or related area is required.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Microsoft PowerBI is required.
  • Experience with data analytics tools such as databricks and python programming language is desirable.
  • Experience with ICT technical support and software design/development is desirable.
Qualification Requirements

A high school diploma is required. Additional training and a technical or vocational certificate in Data Analysis, Information Technology or other related areas are required. The years of experience will be reduced by two years for candidates who possess a bachelor's degree specializing in Computer Science or equivalent.

Other Details

Languages Required: Fluency in English, including the ability to draft/edit written reports, presentations and communications materials, and communicate complex ideas and concepts in a clear and concise manner, is required.

Languages Preferred: • Ability to speak and understand regional languages is desirable.

Contract Duration: 6 MONTHS
