The Communications Intern will assist in designing and scheduling social media content, supporting the production of advocacy materials, and managing website content for the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC). The role aims to boost engagement and visibility for UNODC's mandates.
Applicants to the UN Internship Programme are not required to have professional work experience. However, a field of study that is closely related to the type of internship that you are applying for is required. Previous internship experience in International Organizations or government is desirable.
Languages Required: Fluency in spoken and written Portuguese and English is required.
Languages Preferred: Fluency in Spanish is an advantage.
Contract Duration: 6 months
Work Modality: Remote Part-Time
Remuneration: The internship is UNPAID and interns work five days per week (part time - 20 hours). Costs and arrangements for travel, visas, accommodation and living expenses are the responsibility of interns or their sponsoring institutions.
