Overview
The Finance and Accounting Officer will provide essential financial and operational support to ensure smooth and compliant project implementation for the Resilient BARMM project.
Tasks Summary
- Review the project’s work and financial plans and support budget phasing
- Help the Project Manager monitor budget use and flag any financial issues
- Review PRs, APRs, payment requests, cash advances, liquidations, reimbursements, and petty cash replenishments
- Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly financial reports, including cross‑charge reconciliation
- Scan and upload required financial documents to SharePoint every month
- Provide required financial documents during audits or as needed
Experience Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in accounting or financial management
Qualification Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field
