Translation of the Training Documents from English into Ukrainian language

Overview

Translate and proofread training documents from English to Ukrainian language, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and cultural appropriateness.

Tasks Summary

• Translate PowerPoint presentations (approx. 20 presentations, max 20 slides each) from English to Ukrainian.
• Translate accompanying notes, case studies, explanations, guides, and manuals (approx. 15 A4 pages) from English to Ukrainian.
• Review all translated materials for accuracy, consistency, and clarity.
• Review and adjust materials in Ukrainian to new templates and formats.
• Ensure translated documents retain original meaning and are culturally appropriate.
• Cross-check translations with original documents.
• Format translated materials to align with original document design.
• Deliver final translated documents in digital (PDF) and editable (Word) formats.
• Collaborate with the UNICRI team and consultants.
• Maintain regular communication with the project team.

Experience Requirements

• Proficiency in both English and Ukrainian (written and spoken).
• Strong ability to translate technical and complex content accurately.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Familiarity with PowerPoint or similar presentation software and document handling.
• Experience in Translation and Interpretation desirable.
• Knowledge of the Law Vocabulary is desirable.
