Volunteer to Deliver Tailored English Training for WFP Egypt Teams

Overview

Deliver tailored English language training to WFP Egypt Country Office employees to improve their speaking, listening, and writing skills.

Tasks Summary

• Conduct pre-assessments to evaluate English proficiency.
• Develop or adapt learning materials for specific proficiency levels.
• Facilitate two interactive weekly virtual sessions.
• Incorporate group discussions, role plays, and case studies.
• Provide assignments and feedback.
• Administer post-assessments and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with WFP HR focal points.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience teaching or coaching English as a second language, preferably in a professional or adult learning context.
• Familiarity with virtual learning tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom).

Qualification Requirements

• TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
