Overview

Support resource mobilization and partnership development to strengthen efforts and expansion of projects, aiming at forging strategic alliances for additional resources with a strong emphasis on engagement with the private sector, philanthropic foundations, and Gulf donors.

Tasks Summary
  • Support the Office in formulating, implementing, and keeping the Resource Mobilization Strategy and Qatar partnership engagement plan up to date.
  • Act as the main knowledge point for intelligence on decentralized donors and monitor pipeline resource mobilization efforts.
  • Support the Office in developing a constant pipeline of impactful proposals and develop compelling communication assets.
  • Identify, nurture, and engage new and existing partners and negotiate formal aspects of agreements.
  • Monitor and track the successful implementation of donor agreements and monitor reporting schedules.
Experience Requirements
  • 3 years of proven work experience and demonstrated record of accomplishments in partnership building and resource mobilization.
  • Working experience at the United Nations or other international or development organization is preferred.
  • Experience in writing material for partnerships, including policies, project proposals, donor reports and promotional material.
Qualification Requirements

• Advanced University degree (Masters or equivalent) in business administration, finance, public affairs, development studies, international relations, political sciences, communication, marketing or other fields relevant to partnership building.

Remuneration: • Monthly Volunteer Living Allowance (VLA) at the amount of USD 2,834.05 • Annual and learning leaves • Entry lump sum USD 4000 • Exit allowance ($225 for each month served, paid on completion of contract) • Free Medical and life insurance • Free access to different learning platforms
