Monitoring and Evaluation Associate

Overview

Support the Regional Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation (PM&E) Unit in ensuring that regional and country-level interventions are backed by robust evidence and results-based reporting. Provide technical assistance in tracking regional progress and strengthening monitoring and reporting quality.

Tasks Summary

• Support the implementation of RBM principles.
• Support the Review process of Quarterly and Annual reports.
• Support the analysis of regional implementation progress.
• Assist in developing robust M&E frameworks and monitoring plans.
• Provide input to country offices’ Midterm reviews.
• Review the terms of reference of country offices programme evaluations.
• Support the unit in utilizing AI for data synthesis and predictive analysis.

Experience Requirements

• 3 years of relevant experience.
• 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in management of development projects.
• Skills and experience in M&E preferably in development or humanitarian contexts.
• Ability to work and adapt professionally and effectively in a challenging environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.
• Solid overall computer literacy, including proficiency in various Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, among others), email, and internet.
• Familiarity with database management.
• AI utilization for data and reporting.
• Advanced Data Visualization.

Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, International Development or any relevant social sciences.
