Finance Manager Afghanistan (Internal Only)

Overview

The role holder will be responsible for the country financial set up as according to NRC standards and to support programme/project implementation.

Tasks Summary

• Financial Handbook, policies, donor and auditor requirements adherence.
• Financial systems, routines, and procedures implementation.
• Budget control and cashflow monitoring.
• Report and analysis provision.
• Account reconciliations.
• Financial management routines and systems.
• Standard operating procedures development and updates.
• Anti-corruption policy implementation.
• Line management and training staff with financial responsibilities.

Experience Requirements

• Senior financial management experience in a humanitarian/recovery context.
• Complex and volatile context exposure, working with displacement affected people.

Qualification Requirements

Bachelor's Degree

Languages Required: English fluency, both written and verbal.

Remuneration: Grade 9 in NRC’s National Salary Scale, with accompanying terms and conditions.
