Overview
Provide support to the Finance department by assisting with the collection, sorting, archiving, and updating of financial documents and files.
Tasks Summary
- Assist with collecting, sorting, and archiving financial documents (invoices, receipts, payment requests).
- Support in scanning, photocopying, and organizing finance files.
- Help prepare simple finance forms or checklists as requested by the Finance team.
- Deliver or collect finance documents from different departments when needed.
- Assist in checking completeness of supporting documents before submission.
- Keep finance files updated and ensure proper labeling and storage.
- Support the team with basic data entry (if required).
- Perform any other simple tasks assigned by the Finance department.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel).
- Ability to organize and archive documents.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work with confidentiality and accuracy
Qualification Requirements
Diploma in Banking Institute or any equivalent financial/administrative diploma.
