Overview

Support business partners in developing initiatives, managing change processes, and assisting clientele in using P&C systems. Process personnel actions, maintain records, and support recruitment and job classification activities.

Tasks Summary
  • Support business partners in developing employee well-being and recognition schemes.
  • Advise clientele on changes to P&C processes.
  • Assist clientele in using P&C systems.
  • Analyze, research, verify, and compile data on cases not conforming to P&C Rules & Regulations.
  • Respond to staff queries on benefits and entitlements.
  • Initiate processing of personnel actions.
  • Maintain and prepare personnel-related records and files.
  • Prepare and circulate internal and external advertisements.
  • Liaise with candidates during the recruitment process.
  • Prepare acknowledgement, offer, and regret letters.
  • Initiate and follow up on reference checks and background checks.
  • Monitor recruitment process life cycle.
  • Participate in the review of GS positions specific JDs.
  • Draft and edit job descriptions for classification.
  • Follow up and liaise with HQ and RO over status of requests.
  • Prepare documents for classification.
  • Monitor job classification requests life-cycle.
  • Compile and analyze information and statistics for reports on staffing trends.
  • Analyze, research, verify, and compile data for workforce planning reports.
  • Research and analyze data to identify training needs.
  • Research, analyze, verify, and compile information on external training courses.
  • Assist in organizing and conducting courses, workshops, and events.
  • Develop and process contracts for training institutions.
  • Prepare and organize distribution of materials for participants.
  • Track performance management cycle processes.
Experience Requirements

A minimum of 6 years of progressively responsible administrative or clerical work experience required.

Qualification Requirements

Completion of secondary education, preferably supplemented by technical or university courses related to the work of the organization.
