Junior Budget Officer, ICTM

Overview

The Junior Budget Officer is responsible for the preparation, monitoring, and adjustment of the ICTM budget in accordance with applicable procedures, in close coordination with ICTM Management.

Tasks Summary

• Prepares the ICTM Medium-Term Financial Plan (MTFP), annual budget, and revised budget.
• Monitors and adjusts the budget in accordance with applicable procedures.
• Collects, categorizes, tracks, and manages relevant financial information.
• Drafts and distributes internal and external correspondence and reports linked to financial activities.
• Supports stakeholders with budgetary activities and oversees adherence to NATO norms and regulations.

Experience Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant professional experience in budgeting, financial management, and cloud financial management.
• Experience with procurement processes within an international organisation.

Qualification Requirements

• A university degree, or an equivalent level of qualification, preferably in accounting, economics, business administration, financial management or a field relevant for the role.

Other Details

Languages Required: • V (“Advanced”) in English or French; II (“Elementary”) in the other.

Languages Preferred:

Contract Duration: Definite duration contract of three years; possibility of renewal for up to three years.
