Overview
The Programme Associate will play a central role in advancing UNICEF’s mission to promote the rights and well-being of every child by supporting programme planning, implementation, and monitoring.
Tasks Summary
- Support project management and implementing partnership coordination.
- Support data collection and analysis, and generate reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Monitor budgets and track grant utilization.
- Assist with timely submissions for donor and statutory reporting.
- Support digital innovation by using AI tools and UNICEF platforms such as SAP, Power BI, and SharePoint.
- Help manage programme documentation, facilitate knowledge sharing, and coordinate capacity-building activities.
- Provide flexible support across the section.
Experience Requirements
- A minimum of six years of administrative or clerical work experience is required.
- Prior experience in programme support functions is an asset.
- Relevant experience in a UN system agency or organization is considered as an asset.
- Relevant experience at country level, particularly in development, fragile settings and humanitarian contexts.
Qualification Requirements
Completion of secondary education is required, preferably supplemented by technical or university courses related to the work of the organization.
