Overview

The Monitoring and Reporting Analyst will facilitate and contribute to the integration of monitoring and reporting within a project, providing technical support and ensuring quality standards.

Tasks Summary
  • Facilitate and substantially contribute to the integration of monitoring and reporting within the project.
  • Facilitate and substantially contribute to the development of monitoring indicators, monitoring schedules, and quality assurance processes.
  • Conduct field visits and monitor project progress, providing recommendations.
  • Lead the development of baselines, studies, reports, and project follow-up plans.
  • Manage KOICA’s monitoring tool.
  • Incorporate M&E findings into project reporting.
  • Provide technical support to partners in developing Performance Monitoring Frameworks, systems, plans, and baseline surveys.
  • Facilitate the communication of results to internal teams, partners, donors, and stakeholders.
  • Adjust monitoring and evaluation approaches in response to changes.
  • Prepare internal and external reports based on Results-Based Management (RBM).
  • Coordinate with the Women’s Economic Empowerment team for standardized data collection and analysis.
  • Monitor partner/country data quarterly and provide input to management reports.
  • Visit partners to support results monitoring and planning processes.
  • Monitor the Country Office (CO) Monitoring, Evaluation, and Research Plan.
  • Contribute to the collection and maintenance of data for corporate reporting.
  • Provide technical support in the preparation of briefing and analytical documents, data systematization, project profiles, talking points, and presentations.
  • Identify and disseminate good practices, lessons learned, and knowledge.
  • Facilitate capacity development opportunities for staff and partners in RBM, Monitoring, and Evaluation.
  • Promote awareness and understanding of shared accountability for M&E.
Experience Requirements
  • 7 years of experience in general.
  • Experience in developing data management tools, qualitative and quantitative data collection and maintaining complex databases.
  • Experience in M&E field work is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical and writing skills based on Results-Based Management.
  • Experience in the use of a modern web-based ERP System, preferably Oracle Cloud, is desirable.
  • Experience in the usage of office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.) and spreadsheet and database packages.
  • Experience in handling of web-based management systems is required.
  • Familiarity with KOICA funded projects is an asset.
Qualification Requirements
  • Master's degree in Political or Social Science, Economics, International Development Studies, or Gender/Women's Studies is required.
  • A project/programme management certification (such as PMP®, PRINCE2®, or MSP®) would be an added advantage.

Work Modality: Onsite

Remuneration: Monthly subsidy: 12,470,84 BOL; Sign-on bonus: 2744,84 BOL; Severance pay: 771,26 BOB (Accumulated by each month/volunteering).
