Programme Analyst – WEE and Humanitarian

Overview

Contributes to programme implementation, monitoring, reporting and partner coordination to support effective delivery of results in Women's Economic Empowerment and Humanitarian contexts.

Tasks Summary

• Provide inputs to programme strategies, work plans, and proposals.
• Support project implementation, partner selection, and capacity development.
• Monitor project progress, collect data, and document results.
• Contribute to advocacy, knowledge building, and communication efforts.
• Prepare documentation for partnerships and resource mobilisation.

Experience Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional work experience in development or humanitarian programme/project implementation, coordination, monitoring and evaluation, donor reporting and capacity building.
• Experience with UN Women is an asset.
• Experience working in other UN or international development organizations is an asset.
• Experience in WEE in humanitarian and/or development settings is desirable.
• Experience coordinating and liaising with local government institutions and civil society partners is desirable.

Qualification Requirements

• Master's degree in social sciences, human rights, gender/women's studies, economy, international development, or a related field.
• A first-level university degree in combination with two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the Master degree.
