Overview

Seeking motivated professionals to ensure efficient execution of personnel administration for Local Wage Rate personnel, serving as advisors to staff and management.

Tasks Summary
  • - Ensuring efficient and compliant execution of all personnel administration activities for LWR personnel.
  • - Applying comprehensive knowledge of personnel administration and management.
  • - Applying extensive experience in office administration practices.
  • - Demonstrating compliance with relevant policies and regulations for civilian personnel.
  • - Developing procedures and managing CHR programs that strengthen staff competence, commitment, and overall organisational effectiveness.
Experience Requirements
  • - Experience in application of German labour law, Tariff Agreements, Federal Employee Representation Law and employment practices.
  • - Experience in personnel administration and personnel management.
  • - Professional experience in office/general administration practices.
  • - Experience in application of Personnel Regulations.
  • - Working/Advanced knowledge of Automatic Data Processing (ADP) systems.
  • - Profound experience in application of Social Security Legislation (desirable).
  • - Practical experience applying German labour law knowledge in complex organizations (desirable).
  • - Change Management skills acquired through actively supporting (or leading) organizational change in legally regulated environments (desirable).
  • - Experience engaging with works councils, trade unions, staff representative bodies and legal advisors etc. (desirable).
  • - Managerial/Supervisory responsibility (desirable).
Qualification Requirements
  • - University degree in human resources management, business administration, law, social sciences, or related field, public administration or related discipline.
  • - Higher secondary education and completed advanced vocational training in that discipline (with more extensive/profound experience).
Other Details

Languages Required: A good command of English and German languages.

Languages Preferred:

Contract Duration: Initially a definite duration contract of three years.

Work Modality:

Remuneration: NATO Grade 15 – 7,452.25 Monthly NATO Grade 10 – 5,260.65 Monthly Salary values indicated in this vacancy notice are based on NATO`S Single Salary Spine scale. The salary is tax free including (where eligible) expatriation, family and children's allowances and additional privileges for expatriate staff. Education allowance for children (where appropriate) and an excellent private health insurance scheme. Generous annual leave and home leave (if eligible). Retirement Pension Plan.
