Overview
This is an invitation for bids for civil works related to the Improvement of Water Supply System in Rawalpindi under the Developing Resilient Environments and Advancing Municipal Services in Punjab Project.
Tasks Summary
Experience Requirements
- Participation as a contractor, Joint Venture partner, or Subcontractor, in at least one contract that has been satisfactorily and substantially completed within the last (10) years and that is similar to the proposed works, where the value of the Bidder’s participation exceeds Lot-2: PKR 3,425 million or US$ equivalent or Lot-3: PKR 5,300 million or US$ equivalent.
- Experience in execution of water supply and/or sewerage projects.
Qualification Requirements
- National bidders participating as single entities must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and possess a valid registration certificate in Category C-A with specialization in CE09(ii) and CE10(i).
- In the case of a joint venture: the lead partner, if a national firm, must meet the PEC registration requirement of Category C-A with specialization in CE09(ii) and CE10(i).
- Each other national JV partner shall hold a PEC registration certificate in Category C-B or higher and shall also possess specialization in CE09(ii), and CE10(i).
- All national JV members shall maintain valid PEC registration covering the required categories and specializations.
