Overview
The role involves verifying the movement and distribution of items, collecting and analysing data, and liaising with partners to support programme reviews and improve services.
Tasks Summary
- Verify planned movements and distribution of food or non-food items.
- Collect and summarise assistance programme data, conduct analysis and prepare reports.
- Liaise with cooperating partners and internal counterparts to gather feedback.
- Suggest improvements to field monitoring processes and procedures.
- Arrange regular meetings with community leaders and cooperating partners.
- Allocate tasks to other staff, providing guidance and on-the-job training.
- Provide standard trainings for cooperating partners on WFP operational practices.
- Prepare field mission reports.
- Follow set emergency response processes and procedures.
Experience Requirements
• Five years of experience in collecting programme output and outcome data, conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses, and reporting findings to management team, partners and other stakeholders.
Qualification Requirements
- Completion of secondary school education.
- A post-secondary certificate in the related functional area is desirable.
