Providing support with Mobile Game Development

Overview

Support the development of mobile gamified training modules and an AR simulation mode for children in frontline regions of Ukraine. The role focuses on creating engaging and psychologically safe digital learning experiences.

Tasks Summary

• Develop core functionality of mobile gamified training modules.
• Support implementation of AR simulation mode.
• Ensure mobile responsiveness and optimization for low-bandwidth and offline use.
• Integrate visual assets, animations, narration, subtitles, and localization.
• Implement accessibility features.
• Collaborate with the Psychological Safety Team.
• Participate in agile sprint reviews.
• Prepare final deliverables including APK package, source code, and technical documentation.

Experience Requirements

• Experience in mobile application or game development.
• Familiarity with interactive scenario logic (decision trees, branching narratives).
• Basic understanding of AR integration or willingness to work with lightweight AR frameworks.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary, remote team.
• Experience working within short agile sprint cycles.
• Experience in Unity, Godot, or similar game development frameworks.
• Experience in mobile development frameworks (Flutter, React Native, etc.).
• Experience with lightweight AR tools or SDKs suitable for mobile deployment.
• Experience with Git-based version control.
