Overview
The HR Officer will provide HR support to management and staff in Cox’s Bazar, focusing on Entitlements and Benefits, and HR in Emergency (Preparedness & Response). The role involves executing HR services by applying knowledge of HR models, organizational policies, and procedures.
Tasks Summary
- Provide HR support to management and staff.
- Focus on Entitlements and Benefits.
- Focus on HR in Emergency (Preparedness & Response) as an area of functional expertise.
- Execute HR services through applying knowledge of theoretical HR models.
- Execute HR services through understanding of organizational HR policies and procedures.
- Business Partnering.
- Strategic Human Resources.
- Support to Implementation of assigned Human Resources Services.
- Learning and Capacity Development.
- HR Data Analytics.
Experience Requirements
- One year of professional experience in human resource management in an international organization and/or large corporation is required.
- Experience in HR business partner roles, ideally in international, humanitarian, or multicultural contexts.
Qualification Requirements
• A University Degree in human resource management, business management, international relations, psychology or another related field is required.
