The Programme Officer (HACT) provides professional financial, operational and administrative assistance throughout the programming process to facilitate the effective implementation of the Harmonized Approach to Cash Transfers (HACT).
A minimum of two years of professional experience is required in one or more of the following areas: Accounting and Auditing, Financial Management, Programme Management, International Development, Programme Development, Financial Planning and Management, Programme Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation, Risk Management, Capacity Building, Knowledge Management, Partnership Building, PSEA (Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse) or other related fields.
Bachelor or equivalent (First Level University Degree) in Accounting, Development Studies, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Projects Evaluation and Management, International Development, Financial Management, Auditing, Project Management, Programme Management and any other related fields.
Languages Required: Fluency in English is required.
Languages Preferred: Knowledge of Kinyarwanda is highly desirable, and familiarity with another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, or Spanish) will be considered an asset.
