Invitation for Bids for the construction and completion of the Development of Intra-State Transmission Network for evacuation of 600 megawatts (MW) from Morena Phase-1 Solar Park and associated System Strengthening works on a turnkey basis.
Tasks Summary
- Construction of 400 kV substation Sabalgarh.
- Construction of 400 kV DCDS Transmission Line (Quad Moose ACSR) Morena Pooling 765 kV (ISTS) – Sabalgarh 400 kV (New).
- Construction of 220 kV LILO of both Circuit of 220 kV Morena (MPPTCL) – Morena (Adani) – Sabalgarh 220 kV line for 400 kV S/s Sabalgarh (New) – Part A (MPPTCL Component).
- Construction of 33/220 kV pooling substations at PSS -1 & PSS -2.
- Construction of associated 220 kV transmission lines from PSS-1 & PSS-2 to 400 kV substation Sabalgarh for evacuation of 600 MW power from Morena Phase -1 Solar Park on turnkey basis - Part B (RUMSL Component).
Experience Requirements
- Contracts of Similar Size and Nature: Completed and commissioned turnkey contract(s) of EHV works (110kV and above) during the past ten years.
- Experience in Key Activities: Minimum experience during the last ten years in supply & complete construction and commissioning of substations and transmission lines on turnkey basis.
- Financial Experience: Historical financial performance, average annual turnover, and financial resources.
