Overview

Support the Talent Acquisition team in identifying and analyzing the IT/Data and Web talent ecosystem in Brazil to expand sourcing channels for specialized technical profiles.

Tasks Summary

• Conduct a structured mapping of relevant actors, institutions, and technology communities.
• Identify active digital communities where technology talent is concentrated.
• Contribute to identifying strategic talent sources to enhance the search and attraction of eligible candidates.

Experience Requirements

• University studies in Technology, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or related fields.
• Experience in research, stakeholder mapping, ecosystem analysis, or recruitment of technical profiles.
• Familiarity with digital communities and sector-specific platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, GitHub, Slack, Discord).
