Overview
External national evaluation consultant to support the implementation of the EU4SC Project evaluation, focusing on data collection across participating municipalities.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the desk review and development of the Inception Report, including refining the evaluation matrix and data collection tools.
- Organize and conduct field data collection across 14 municipalities, including interviews and focus group discussions.
- Transcribe data collection activities in English.
- Contribute to the analysis of collected data and preparation of relevant sections of the evaluation report.
Required Experience
- At least 10 years of documented experience engaged in studies/research, monitoring and evaluation activities, with hands-on experience in data collection.
- Previous professional exposure in social subject matters/areas of work.
- Previous experience / familiarity with UNICEF and the UN in Albania.
Qualifications
• Advanced degree on Social science, humanities and related field.
