Overview
Provides administrative, travel, and financial support to the FRIT Protection Project, ensuring timely and accurate processing of travel arrangements, payments, and expenditures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage official travel for project staff and participants, including preparing and processing Travel Authorizations, advances, and claims.
- Ensure timely payments in Cloud ERP and advise on travel entitlements and procedures.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for project-related events, workshops, coordination meetings, and missions.
- Process participant entitlements and maintain accurate records and documentation related to travel, missions, and event expenditures.
- Monitor costs against approved budgets.
- Prepare routine administrative correspondence as required.
- Liaise with internal units and external counterparts to resolve routine operational issues.
Required Experience
- One (1) year of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in travel administration, finance, or general administrative support is desirable.
- Experience in supporting meetings, workshops, or project-related events is an asset.
- Experience with the United Nations or non-governmental organizations is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of ERP systems is considered an asset.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Business Management, International Relations, or a related field.
