Overview

The Business Analyst will lead requirements gathering, design, and support the development of the UNITE solution, coordinating with various units and technical teams throughout the software development lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the requirements gathering, design and support the development of the UNITE solution.
  • Coordinate with Organizational Performance & Systems (OPS) and Monitoring and Results Management (MRM) units and technical teams on the full software development lifecycle.
  • Grasp the complex interactions of the UNITE solution with other UNICEF systems.
  • Business Analysis, UX & Stakeholder Engagement.
  • Systems Integration, Quality Assurance & Issue Resolution.
  • Deployment, Training & Continuous Improvement.
Required Experience
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in Information Technology, Information Communication Technology, Monitoring, Indicators Management, Analytics, SDLC, Software Testing, Business Analysis, Systems Integration, Digital Project Management, Digital Product Management and any other related fields.
  • UAT experience, UNICEF country programme knowledge, technical information presentation, experience across SDLC phases, experience with Kanban.
Qualifications

Master or equivalent (Advanced University Degree) in Computer Science, Public Administration, Information Systems, Engineering-Computer, Systems Design, Systems Engineering, Business Analysis, Digital Product Development and any other related fields.

Languages Preferred
Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian or Spanish) or a local language is an asset.
