Overview
Provide tailored technical assistance and substantive support to project implementation in Zambia, focusing on infrastructure asset management (IAM) and the localization of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Key Responsibilities
- Design and co-implement an online awareness-raising workshop on infrastructure asset management.
- Conduct diagnostic missions and asset management profiling in local governments.
- Prepare customized Asset Management Profiles for local governments.
- Provide substantive input to training content for in-person workshops.
- Co-facilitate in-person workshops on IAM principles and practical exercises.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in infrastructure, infrastructure asset management (IAM), or urban development.
- Demonstrated expertise in areas such as asset inventories, lifecycle planning, service delivery, public sector investment planning, or institutional capacity development.
- Knowledge of Zambian public sector and infrastructure systems is required.
Qualifications
Advanced degree in engineering, business, project management, public administration, urban planning, economics, or related field is required.
