Overview
Support the Mid-term Review of the WFP Country Strategic Plan (CSP) in Zambia by providing analytical, coordination, and documentation support throughout the review process.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Lead Mid-Term Reviewer and WFP Country Office staff to compile, verify, and analyze programme data.
- Provide technical inputs to monitoring and programme teams for evidence generation and interpretation of performance data.
- Support the collection and review of documentation and datasets, contributing to qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Assist in planning and coordinating field missions, including preparation of schedules and logistical coordination.
- Facilitate stakeholder consultations and workshops, documenting discussions and synthesizing key insights.
- Support the Lead Reviewer in organizing and documenting debriefing meetings to present preliminary findings.
- Contribute to drafting and finalizing the Mid-Term Review report, including synthesis of evidence and formulation of recommendations.
Required Experience
- 6-10 years experience in humanitarian/development field
- Previous experience working with WFP and good contextual knowledge of WFP Zambia operations
- Experience conducting reviews, evaluations, or monitoring exercises
Qualifications
• Advanced University degree in Sociology, Social Development, Development Economics or Performance Management or other relevant field, or First University degree with additional years of relevant work experience and/or training/courses.
