Overview
Provide professional technical support, operational oversight, and strategic engagement to ensure high-quality implementation of inclusive education components within the UNICEF Maldives country programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Mainstream inclusion across the education programme, ensuring inclusive principles and practices are embedded across all programme components, outcomes, and sectors.
- Advocate for inclusion at all levels of education planning, programme implementation, and monitoring, promoting system-wide adoption of inclusive and equitable education approaches.
Required Experience
- A minimum of one year of professional experience in programme planning, management, and/or research in education is required.
- Experience in supporting the effective functioning of a team.
Qualifications
A university degree in one of the following fields is required: education, psychology, sociology, development studies, or another relevant technical field.
