Overview
Provides procedural, administrative, and operational support for private sector fundraising activities, focusing on donor retention and value maximization to increase revenue for children.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops and implements donor retention and value maximization plans.
- Analyzes donor databases to propose and implement actions for donor upgrade, reactivation, and conversion.
- Elaborates and implements different donor journeys.
- Monitors and improves communication cycles with donors.
- Leads content creation for donor communication tools.
- Coordinates service providers to optimize campaigns.
- Monitors and analyzes performance of donor retention and value maximization campaigns.
- Provides specific information for database segmentation.
- Monitors and evaluates results of the donor retention and value maximization plan.
- Analyzes donor behavior from surveys and reports.
- Undertakes lessons learned review of campaigns.
Required Experience
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in social responsibility, social communication, communication, media, fundraising and/or marketing.
- Experience working with Child Rights Organizations is desirable.
- Solid technical knowledge of A/B testing methodologies, audience optimization, and landing pages.
- Knowledge in managing retention KPIs: churn rate, LTV, engagement, conversion, and automation and segmentation tools.
- Knowledge of 360° marketing strategies and integrated campaigns.
- Experience in CRM management and automation (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketing Cloud) desirable.
- Experience working for international organizations, government organizations or UN Agencies is an asset.
Qualifications
- Completion of secondary education, preferably supplemented by technical or university courses related to the work of the organization.
- University degree (bachelor’s degree or equivalent) in Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Social Communication, or related disciplines will be considered an asset.
- A bachelor’s degree from a recognized academic institution in a relevant field may replace three years of related work experience.
- A master’s degree may replace additional two years.
