Overview
Local Consultant to support the adaptation of training curricula in line with recent legal amendments for effective use by the Migration and Citizenship Service (MCS).
Key Responsibilities
- Review existing training materials and tests developed for the MCS.
- Analyze recent amendments to the Law on Foreigners, the Law on Citizenship, and related legal acts.
- Conduct consultations with relevant MCS departments, IOM and relevant stakeholders.
- Revise and update training content as well as tests.
- Provide recommendations for any necessary adjustments.
- Submit finalized, legally compliant training materials.
Required Experience
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in legal analysis and revision.
- Proven experience in reviewing and interpreting national legislation and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience in working with public administration and governmental institutions.
- Experience in working with international organizations will be considered an advantage.
- Experience in working on topics related to migration, governance, citizenship is considered an advantage.
Qualifications
• Advanced university degree in Law.
