Support timely and high-quality reporting on project activities and ensure accuracy and reliability of data through proper collection, entry, and verification processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support timely and high-quality reporting on project activities in line with donor (WFP) requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of both qualitative and quantitative data through proper data collection, entry, and verification processes.
- Act as the administrative focal point for enumerators during field data collection, ensuring coordination and adherence to guidelines.
- Establish and maintain an effective complaint and feedback mechanism, ensuring all stakeholders are aware of and able to access it.
- Document best practices, success stories, and case studies demonstrating project impact and outcomes.
- Ensure standardized data collection and management methodologies at field level to capture and analyze vulnerabilities across different target groups.
- Conduct regular monitoring activities and ensure timely reporting in line with work plans and project timelines.
- Support the appraisal of project activities and progress, ensuring proper documentation and alignment with partner implementation.
- Collaborate with the MEAL Officer in Juba to collect, compile, and enter MEAL data in accordance with the approved MEAL plan.
Required Experience
- Proven experience working in emergency and/or development contexts, with strong Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) skills.
- Experience working effectively within multicultural and diverse teams.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in training and capacity building of staff or community members.
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field, with a solid understanding of WFP Project activities, WASH, Education, Peace building, Governance, and MEAL implementation.
