Overview

The Warehouse Assistant will ensure auditable track records for commodities, manage inventory, and support the timely supply of materials.


Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against delivery notes and purchase orders.
  • Ensure proper storage and organization of materials in the warehouse.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and stock cards.
  • Prepare and issue items based on approved requisitions.
  • Conduct regular physical stock counts and support inventory reconciliation.
  • Ensure the warehouse remains clean, safe, and well organized.
  • Assist in loading and unloading goods.
  • Support preparation of warehouse and stock reports.
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and program teams.
  • Ensure compliance with warehouse management procedures.
  • Gather security information and incident reporting.
Required Experience

Three-to-four-year experience in Warehouse Management.

Qualifications

Relevant degree or diploma and professional qualifications in Warehouse management and Logistics
