Overview
The consultant will support the initial phase of a structured assessment to understand MSME support service needs and identify areas for Business Support Organization (BSO) enhancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Refine, adapt, and translate a survey tool into Vietnamese.
- Lead the survey dissemination through BSOs and track responses.
- Clean and analyze collected data using quantitative and qualitative approaches.
- Prepare debrief materials and facilitate sessions with participating BSOs.
- Assess gaps between BSO service offerings and MSME needs.
- Consolidate findings into a structured analytical report and develop a presentation.
Required Experience
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in data analysis, survey design, and private sector development or ecosystem support.
Qualifications
• Advanced university degree Master’s or equivalent in economics, business administration, development studies, statistics, or a related field.
