Overview

The Data Analyst will strengthen reconciliation processes, improve data assurance, and build dashboards to support timely decision-making for cash-based transfers and in-kind assistance delivery systems.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct inventory of open CBT distribution cycles, identify missing data, clean and validate datasets, and develop CBT Reconciliation and operational dashboards.
  • Review and adapt In-Kind (IK) reconciliation dashboards for DRC CO operational needs, including commodity accounting and variance detection.
  • Develop an Operational Duplication Dashboard and a dashboard for the Deduplication & Adjudication Committee (DAC).
  • Analyze the existing Payment Instrument Tracking (PIT) tool, identify data inaccuracies, correct reporting logic, and ensure an accurate PIT dashboard.
  • Deliver training for Programme/TEC/DAC teams and provide a handover package for dashboards, queries, and data models.
Required Experience

Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in data analytics, reconciliation, identity management, operational dashboards, or related work. Experience working with SCOPE, IDM, CBT/IK processes, or humanitarian operational data is desirable.

Qualifications

A university degree in Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.

French highly desirable.
Contract Duration
6 months (initial), extendable based on performance, operational needs, and funding.
Work Modality
with travel to field offices as required
