Overview

The Workspace and Facility Management Associate will support the Bank's strategic expansion into global hub offices by deploying centralized workspace and facility management services. This role is essential for delivering consistent, compliant, and efficient facilities, lease, and administrative services across all locations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a primary coordination point between services contract owners HQ (FAS) and global hub offices.
  • Facilitate communication to ensure hub offices’ needs are addressed in line with HQ policies, standards, and timelines.
  • Support service setup, transition, and ongoing operations for new and existing hub offices.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and service providers to implement standardized facilities and administrative procedures.
  • Provide operational support to centralized services covering multiple locations.
  • Support the management and tracking of the global hub office lease portfolio.
  • Assist in monitoring lease-related risks, renewals, variations, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lease records and documentation.
  • Assist contract owners in managing centralized service contracts and vendors.
  • Assist with processing vendor payment claims and maintaining contract-related documentation.
  • Support budget planning, budget execution tracking, and financial reporting related to hub office operations.
  • Assist in identifying cost-efficiency opportunities and tracking financial performance.
  • Collect, validate, and consolidate data related to leases, space, project delivery, facilities services, and financial and performance metrics.
  • Support the development and upkeep of dashboards and management reports.
Required Experience

Minimum 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in facilities management, administration, or project support in multilocation or centralized models.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in real-estate services, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
