Key Responsibilities
  • Manage administrative tasks for ECHO and ECD projects.
  • Assist Project Manager in preparing key project documents.
  • Manage and track the overall administrative timeline and deliverables.
  • Provide administrative guidance and orientation to Implementing Partner (IP) staff.
  • Coordinate procurement processes.
  • Oversee logistical arrangements for program activities.
  • Ensure all documentation related to procurement, logistics, and admin is complete and archived.
  • Update and maintain the project's filing system.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory records for project assets.
  • Provide printing, copying, and documentation support.
  • Support the preparation and consolidation of weekly movement plans.
  • Identify administrative challenges and propose solutions.
  • Support the compilation of inputs for reports.
  • Liaise with IRC departments such as Finance, Supply Chain, and HR.
  • Process teachers’ salary payments.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Required Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in administrative support.

Qualifications
  • University degree in Business Administration, Education or relevant degree.
  • MBA degree holders are preferred.
