Overview
Manage administrative tasks for ECHO and ECD projects, ensuring smooth operations and effective coordination. Assist in preparing project documents and managing administrative timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage administrative tasks for ECHO and ECD projects.
- Assist Project Manager in preparing key project documents.
- Manage and track the overall administrative timeline and deliverables.
- Provide administrative guidance and orientation to Implementing Partner (IP) staff.
- Coordinate procurement processes.
- Oversee logistical arrangements for program activities.
- Ensure all documentation related to procurement, logistics, and admin is complete and archived.
- Update and maintain the project's filing system.
- Monitor and maintain inventory records for project assets.
- Provide printing, copying, and documentation support.
- Support the preparation and consolidation of weekly movement plans.
- Identify administrative challenges and propose solutions.
- Support the compilation of inputs for reports.
- Liaise with IRC departments such as Finance, Supply Chain, and HR.
- Process teachers’ salary payments.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Required Experience
• 2-3 years of experience in administrative support.
Qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration, Education or relevant degree.
- MBA degree holders are preferred.
