Overview
Provide operational and administrative support to the Director, Talent Acquisition Division. The position will support coordination activities for the division, knowledge sharing, database management, and other operational and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational and administrative support to the implementation of policies and procedures.
- Assist in recruitment activities through monitoring and managing roster of independent panelists.
- Act as first point of contact for standard and routine BPTA queries.
- Assist budget management by raising requisitions in budget-related systems.
- Assist in updating references and links related to BPTA policies and programs and HR Business partners contact list.
- Act as Division focal for coordinating OneADB Today announcements.
- Support in the preparation and editing of briefing materials, PowerPoint slides, Word documents, reports, or other data in Excel spreadsheets.
- Manage Director, BPTA's meetings, appointments and mission/travel requirements.
- Consolidate the Division's inputs on work planning and budget and help track and generate relevant reports.
- Undertake follow-up actions for Director, BPTA and collaborate across the division.
- Provide wider Division support in collaboration with colleagues when needed.
- Ensure clear coordination and communications within the Division, and between BPTA and other Divisions and Departments.
- Undertake general office administration.
- Ensure that office filing systems and records are properly maintained and updated.
- Maintain adequate stocks of office supplies.
- Act as Division focal for arranging Division-wide meetings and events and overtime and shiftwork verifier.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned.
Required Experience
At least five years of relevant work experience.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree.
