Overview
Provides technical and operational support in HR services delivery for ADB staff, including onboarding, off-boarding, and other HR related processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate administrative arrangements for onboarding of new staff, including relocation, benefits briefing, documentation, and processing appointment benefits.
- Administer offboarding process, including resettlement details, exit clearance, and payments.
- Monitor staff retirements and administer automatic resettlement scheme for dependents.
- Contribute to preparation of estimates for special separation cases.
- Administer relocation of staff to and from field offices and secondments-out.
- Administer probationary performance and fixed term review process.
- Administer special leave without pay.
- Support business process improvement initiatives and system development.
- Prepare presentation materials on HR health and services.
- Draft standard and non-standard correspondence.
Required Experience
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in human resource administration and management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, preferably major in Psychology, Management, Business Administration or related fields.
