Overview

Provides technical and operational support in HR services delivery for ADB staff, including onboarding, off-boarding, and other HR related processes.


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate administrative arrangements for onboarding of new staff, including relocation, benefits briefing, documentation, and processing appointment benefits.
  • Administer offboarding process, including resettlement details, exit clearance, and payments.
  • Monitor staff retirements and administer automatic resettlement scheme for dependents.
  • Contribute to preparation of estimates for special separation cases.
  • Administer relocation of staff to and from field offices and secondments-out.
  • Administer probationary performance and fixed term review process.
  • Administer special leave without pay.
  • Support business process improvement initiatives and system development.
  • Prepare presentation materials on HR health and services.
  • Draft standard and non-standard correspondence.
Required Experience

At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in human resource administration and management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, preferably major in Psychology, Management, Business Administration or related fields.

Languages Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is required.
Languages Preferred
Exposure in benefits, insurance, and health services would be an advantage.
Contract Duration
initial fixed period of 3 years, may be extended once for up to 2 years
