Overview
Support the Internal Communications team by drafting content, updating internal channels, and assisting with event planning. This in-person internship is ideal for students interested in communications and international organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting short, engaging content for internal audiences.
- Help keep the intranet and internal channels dynamic and up to date.
- Participate in team discussions and brainstorming sessions.
- Collaborate with teams to gather stories and contribute to articles.
- Enhance photographs and visuals using Canva.
- Support the creation and distribution of a bi-monthly newsletter.
- Assist with event planning and logistics.
Required Experience
No working experience is required.
Qualifications
- Be enrolled in, or have completed, a graduate school programme (second university degree or equivalent, or higher); or, be enrolled in, or have completed, the final academic year of a first university degree programme (minimum bachelor's level or equivalent).
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
- Confidence using digital communication platforms such as PowerPoint and SharePoint.
