The role provides leadership in planning, monitoring, programme budgeting, and reporting processes for a multi-country office. It ensures technical oversight on programme planning, effective task management, quality reporting, and donor relations.
At least 8 years of relevant work experience in Programme Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, Donor Relations, Resource Mobilization and any other related fields. Work experience across different regions, including UMIC and LMIC contexts is required. Relevant experience at country level, particularly in development, fragile setting and humanitarian contexts. Experience in multi-country programming would be an asset. Prior experience in working with UN teams on the development of UNSDCF, CIPs and other UN planning milestones.
Masters or equivalent (Advanced University Degree) in Social Science, Statistics, Management, Planning Development, Social Development, Monitoring and Evaluation and any other related fields. A Bachelor or equivalent (First Level University Degree) in a relevant area combined with 2 additional years of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of an advanced university degree.
