Support the PRM team in MENARO to strengthen regional efforts to sustain and mobilize additional resources for MENA Country Offices through strategic engagement with public partners, emerging partners, and International Financial Institutions (IFIs). The position will strengthen MENARO’s public partnership portfolio by providing technical expertise, coordination, and analytical support.
Minimum five years of progressively responsible managerial experience in the development field and/or in a donor agency. Experience must be at the international level, including the management of complex multi-stakeholder partnerships and at least five years of experience in policy and strategy development, design and implementation.
Advanced university degree in any of the following: Social Sciences, Economics, Public Administration, International Relations, Business Administration, Public Health, Education or other fields related to the work of UNICEF.
