Overview
The Associate Technology Innovation Officer is responsible for executing the organization’s digital strategy and coordinating digital transformation initiatives. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement emerging technologies, redesign processes, and develop best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Performs professional-level research and analysis in the field of specialization.

- Leads the shift toward AI-first corporate operations by helping reimagine legacy business processes, user experiences, and application architectures.
- Contributes to the execution of digital and technology-enabled innovation strategies.
- Evaluates potential innovation initiatives for feasibility, impact, and resource requirements.
- Identifies risks associated with innovation initiatives.
- Analyzes market trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement.

Required Experience
Requires a Master’s degree with 5 years of experience or a Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
