Overview
Support the development and finalization of the Health Workforce Management Blueprint 2026–2035 through technical writing, policy analysis, and coordination of analytical inputs and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and refinement of the Health Workforce Management Blueprint 2026–2035, including vision, policy directions, and reform package.
- Review relevant national policies, regulations, strategies, and international best practices related to health workforce management.
- Support synthesis and integration of analytical inputs (forecasting, costing, HLMA findings) into the Blueprint narrative.
- Draft and revise key sections of the Blueprint, including policy framework, roadmap, and implementation considerations.
- Support integration of inputs from consultations, validation meetings, and technical discussions.
- Contribute to technical review and finalization of the Blueprint document.
- Support organization and documentation of Blueprint related meetings, consultations, and validation workshops.
- Coordinate with relevant MoH units and stakeholders involved in Blueprint development.
- Prepare meeting summaries, draft notes, and supporting materials related to the Blueprint process.
Required Experience
Minimum one (1) year of relevant professional experience in health workforce policy, health systems strengthening, health planning, or related technical areas, particularly experience on drafting national‑level policy documents, roadmaps, blueprints, or strategic frameworks in the health or HRH sector.
Qualifications
First university degree (Bachelor’s level) in public health, health policy, health economics, health management, social sciences, or a related field.
