Overview
This is an invitation for bids for the development of an intra-state transmission network for the evacuation of 600 megawatts from Morena Phase-1 Solar Park and associated system strengthening works on a turnkey basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Construction of 400 kV substation Sabalgarh.
- Construction of 400 kV DCDS Transmission Line.
- Construction of 220 kV LILO of both Circuit of 220 kV Morena (MPPTCL) – Morena (Adani) –Sabalgarh 220 kV line.
- Construction of 33/220 kV pooling substations at PSS -1 & PSS -2.
- Construction of associated 220 kV transmission lines from PSS-1 & PSS-2 to 400 kV substation Sabalgarh.
Required Experience
- Bidder should have completed and commissioned turnkey contracts of EHV works (110kV and above) in the past ten years.
- One turnkey contract of value not less than INR 5200.00 Million or equivalent US $ 62.00 Million, OR two turnkey contracts each of value not less than INR 3250.00 Million or equivalent US $ 38.75 Million.
- Minimum experience in supply & complete construction and commissioning of substations and transmission lines on turnkey basis, with specific requirements for number and voltage of substations, and route length of transmission lines.
- Successful operation of constructed substations and transmission lines for at least one year.
- Historical financial performance with positive net worth for the last year.
- Minimum average annual turnover of INR 4333.00 Million or equivalent US $ 52.00 Million for the best 3 years out of the last 5 years.
- Financial resources to meet or exceed INR 542.00 Million or equivalent US $ 6.50 Million.
