Overview
Provide administrative and operational support services for audit teams, collect and consolidate information, and coordinate matters relating to team activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, format, proofread, and submit correspondence and documents.
- Coordinate administrative workflows, document circulation, and information flow.
- Manage supervisors' schedules, including coordinating meetings.
- Coordinate division/office/department meetings and activities.
- Manage office filing systems, including retrieval and archiving.
- Maintain SharePoint folders and documentation repositories.
- Collect, analyze, and extract data from ADB systems and databases.
- Maintain OAG electronic databases.
- Support audit activities by gathering information and preparing supporting documents.
- Coordinate mission travel arrangements and bookings.
- Provide back-up support to other assistants.
- Perform other administrative tasks.
Required Experience
- At least 5 years' work experience in secretarial and coordination work.
- Working knowledge in maintaining and administering databases and other information systems.
- Experience contributing as a constructive team member and collaborating with colleagues from diverse cultural/national backgrounds.
- Experience with the role and function of the division/office/department, or similar functions in a multilateral development bank.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, with auditing and accounting subjects is preferred.
