Overview
This is an invitation for bids for the supply of IT Equipment, Teaching, Visual Aids/Demo Equipment and UPS for educational institutions in Tajikistan as part of the Improving the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) Secondary Education Project.
Key Responsibilities
- Supply of IT Equipment, Teaching, Visual Aids/Demo Equipment and UPS for 18 Schools, 4 TSPU, 4 RIITT Branches, Methodology Center of MOES and Local Educational Departments.
- Lot 1: IT Equipment for STEM Block, Informatics, Teaching and Visual Aids for 18 Schools.
- Lot 2: IT Equipment for Pedagogical University and Pedagogical College.
- Lot 3: Equipment for 4 RIITT Branches and Methodology Center of MOES.
- Delivery period is 120 days from Contract Signing Date.
Required Experience
- Lot 1:
- Successful completion as main supplier within the last three (3) years, of at least two (2) contracts each valued at US Dollars Eight Hundred Fifty-four Thousand (US$ 854,000) with nature, and complexity similar to the scope of supply.
- Minimum average annual turnover of US Dollars Two Million One Hundred Thirty-six Thousand (US$ 2,136,000) calculated as total payments received by the Bidder for contracts completed or under execution over the last three (3) years.
Lot 2:
- Successful completion as main supplier within the last three (3) years, of at least two (2) contracts each valued at US Dollars Forty-one Thousand (US$ 41,000) with nature, and complexity similar to the scope of supply.
- Minimum average annual turnover of US Dollars One Hundred Two Thousand (US$ 102,000) calculated as total payments received by the Bidder for contracts completed or under execution over the last three (3) years.
Lot 3:
- Successful completion as main supplier within the last three (3) years, of at least two (2) contracts each valued at US Dollars Fifty-four Thousand (US$ 54,000) with nature, and complexity similar to the scope of supply.
- Minimum average annual turnover of US Dollars One Hundred Thirty-five Thousand (US$ 135,000) calculated as total payments received by the Bidder for contracts completed or under execution over the last three (3) years.
Qualifications
Submission of audited financial statements or, if not required by the law of the Bidder’s country, other financial statements acceptable to the Purchaser, for the last three (3) years (2023, 2024, 2025) to demonstrate the current soundness of the Bidder’s financial position. As a minimum, the Bidder’s net worth for the last year calculated as the difference between total assets and total liabilities should be positive.
